Ruinart Brut Rose

I learned recently that Maison Ruinart was actually the first Champagne house to produce a Brut Rose. I’m rather glad they did.

Produced from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, this rose hits the palate without holding anything back. Cherry and fresh wild berry flavors dominate a palate that just hints at sweetness without any danger of being cloying.

Decadent, unique, and impossible not to adore, this Champagne can be joyously consumed alongside some sweet delights, such as tahini with honey, or  pistachio and almond halva.
