1 pound ground bison
1 pound ground pork
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons Greek sea salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
11/2 cups bread crumbs
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Mavrodaphne
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Form into a loaf or place in a bread loaf pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes, or until the meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F.
