The Greek workers optimism is gradually growing for the job market. According to a survey by Randstad the fear of job loss in our country is reduced, while the confidence of finding similar work is increasing.
The human resources company recorded the second quarter of 2014 the quarterly index of mobility, trust and satisfaction of Greek employees from their work and consider what is for the Greeks the main reasons of workers changing jobs but also their view of temporary employment.
The survey recorded for Greece 1% reduction in the fear of job loss, while the employees confidents to find comparable employment in the next six months, increased by 2% compared with the 1st quarter of 2014.
Also, the expectation for employment in the next six months in a different position from that which now have increased by 5%, reaching 47%. The trust of employees to find comparable employment also increased in Slovakia (+1%), New Zealand (+8%), Luxembourg (+8%) and India (5%). Interesting is the fact that in Germany, the confidence of workers to find similar work, but also a different position within the next six months, fell by 8% in both cases.
