BERLIN – German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Friday that the outcome of Monday’s summit meeting in Brussels which will discuss Greece is open, if there’s a basis for decisions.

“The Summit on Monday can become a summit of decisions, if there’s a basis for decisions,” Merkel told party lawmakers during an event in Berlin.
“If there is no basis for decisions, then the meeting will only be an advisory summit,” she added, noting that the waiting will continue.
