SETE Tourism Confederation, Greece’s largest and most important hospitality association, has signed a strategic partnership with ReviewPro, the leading provider of online reputation and social media analytics for the hotel industry.

Under this agreement, SETE will leverage ReviewPro’s award-winning online reputation analytics to gain insight into guest satisfaction for their Marketing Greece initiative.

SETE boasts almost 50,000 members, many of which are hotels and tourism organizations. The partnership with ReviewPro will enable SETE to produce more focused and effective marketing campaigns for separate geographical areas, boosting tourism in the country.

With over 17 million arrivals in Greece in 2013 and an anticipated 20 million arrivals in 2014, tourism forms a key part of the national economy, according to hospitalitynet.org.

ReviewPro’s online reputation management (ORM) analytics provide critical insight into overall guest satisfaction levels for all SETE member hotels as well as strengths and weaknesses across a variety of departments. The company aggregates millions of reviews from more than 100 of the most relevant online travel agencies, review websites and social media platforms for clients in over 90 countries.
